Results:
Good news:
- The problem was found and fixed.
Other . . .
- They washed the outside of the van - Thanks!  How about a vacuum next time [ 8-) just kidding - kind-of].
Summary:
I believe the dealer did a pretty good job completing the work. I would have liked it found in a shorter period of time,
but understand that these types of problems can be tough to isolate.
They also only charged me for the original estimate (1.5 hours), when it took longer (about 2-3 hours).

My "new" concerns are:
- None.

My continuing concerns are:

- I still have an "uneasy feeling" about using the dealer.  My calculations show that they charge about $122/hour for
their labor rate.  Another shop (independent) where I have work done on other vehicles charges about $75, and
they seem to be very efficient (they usually get done in one day if I drop it off in the morning). They also work on
Saturday.  I will have to go over there and see how they feel about working on the van, and if they will honor the
extended warranty. One "down side" of the independent shop - they are further away (not walking distance).
